Meet the Team


Kelly Schuknecht, MA, BCBA, LBA, Executive Director & Behavior Analyst
Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2015. She brings more than 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including over a decade of practice as a BCBA.
Throughout her career, Kelly has worked in home, clinic, and school-based settings, providing individualized support to children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs. She has developed particular expertise in supporting children on the autism spectrum and is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, lasting progress through evidence-based, compassionate care.
Kelly is known for her collaborative approach, professionalism, and commitment to building strong partnerships with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure each client receives personalized, high-quality services.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys gardening, spending time with her three grandchildren, and relaxing at home with her dogs.
Monique Robey, MS, Behavior Specialist
Monique holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an emphasis in Special Education and is currently preparing to sit for the board certification exam to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). She brings more than seven years of experience in the field of Special Education, including five years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). In addition to her professional expertise, Monique offers a unique personal perspective as the mother of five children diagnosed with autism.
Throughout her career, Monique has worked in both home and school-based settings, providing compassionate, individualized support to children and families. Her experience serving individuals with a variety of developmental and behavioral needs has allowed her to develop a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, with a special passion for helping children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential.
Families appreciate Monique's warm, collaborative approach and her dedication to building meaningful relationships while creating individualized treatment plans that support each client's unique strengths and goals.
Outside of work, Monique enjoys spending time with her five children, making memories with her family, and taking time to relax whenever she can.
