Kelly Schuknecht, MA, BCBA, LBA, Executive Director & Behavior Analyst

Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Teaching with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2015. She brings more than fifteen years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including over a decade of practice as a BCBA. Her professional background spans home, clinic, and school-based settings, where she has served individuals across the lifespan and with a range of diagnoses. Kelly has developed particular expertise in supporting children on the autism spectrum. She is recognized for her professionalism, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions. Outside of her professional work, Kelly enjoys gardening, spending time with her three grandchildren, and relaxing with her dogs.
