Our process
Step 1:
Schedule a behavior supports interview so that you can interview us and we can find out about your loved one to ensure we are a good fit.
Step 2:
You will contact your service coordinator and let her know that you would like to move forward with Behavior Strides. The service coordinator will let Behavior Strides know. You will receive intake documents from adobe sign in your email. Once those have been signed we can move to step 3!
Step 3:
We will contact you to schedule an initial visit and observation and start the functional behavior assessment process.
Step 4:
The behaviorist will write up the functional behavior assessment and the behavior support plan. That will then be emailed out to the team.
Step 5:
The behaviorist will meet with the caregivers to review the behavior support plan, provide training on the behavior support plan, and provide the data collection system (ours is the easiest!).
